CU CHI TUNNEL

The underground tunnels located 70 kilometers north-west of SaiGon, the amazing tunnels system surprises people by its long lasting history as a part of the Vietnam war. A great chance to explore the system of the underground “city” becoming famous after the war and learn how it worked and how it stood against the massive destruction power of the B52 flying fortresses. Another opportunity is to experience the daily life of the Cuchi guerrillas who spent twenty one year of dedication to the reunification of the country.

Driving 70 km out of Hochiminh City to Cuchi District famous for the amazing complex of underground tunnels. There are more than 250 km of tunnels, comprising a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels. A great chance to crawl through the tunnels and to shoot the AK47 should you are interested in.

On the way back, optional visit to the Lacquerware Handicap- Handicrafts Factory if time permits ( please advise your Tour Guide during the tour ).
