NINH BINH MOUNTAIN

Two hour drive journey from Hanoi takes you to the ancient royal capital of Vietnam called Hoalu, the green landscape of rural roads and paddy fields on the way to the temples of Dinh and Le dynasties dated back in the 10th century is a breathtaking one. Heading to the marvelous “Three Caves” also called the Dry Halong bay by sampan spending a slow-going time experiencing the going of the rivers, the rice fields and the daily plowing of the farmers to the amazing limestone caves are the memorable time on the tours.

92 km drive south of Hanoi approximately 2.5 hours to the area with many interesting places including Tamcoc- or known as dry Halong bay- is an important center of Catholicism where many churches can be seen along the way with the rice fields Tamcoc limestone karsts rise from the rice fields and winding streams. The amazing scenery through a relaxing boat ride on the traditional local sampans paddling through “Three Caves”. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Bich Dong Pagoda and proceed to Hoalu to visit temples of the Dinh and Le dynasties.
